August - Welcome to a new month

Hello Everyone,

Welcome to August, the time of holidays and weddings so to all my fellow photographers out there, I hope the month is a good one and the weather is kind to us all.

Welcome to March, it is nice to see the sun shining at last, but for how long! Entered my profile image into the SWPP monthly competition and was awarded a bronze in the wedding photojournalism category. Looking forward to the Felbridge Wedding Fayre on Sunday, please come along to see us there.

January News

Well it has been an interesting month, snow, snow and a little more snow but I went out and took some images and submitted one to the SWPP monthly competition and it was awarded a bronze in the fine art category for the image posted above. I have never entered competitions before so I was quite chuffed with this. Now to aim higher!

The SWPP Convention was very good; I attended the members' day and the trade show, learned loads and it was nice to catch up with suppliers at the trade show.

Just managed to get my new blog linked to my website, with a link back to my website; I am on a roll now!
